RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Contact us by email before sending the item back.
- Ship the item to our address in its original or equivalent packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- No restocking fee is charged.
- Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Warranty & complaints: All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods may vary depending on your country of residence and applicable local law. If you experience any issues, please contact us by email with a description of the problem and a photo. We will do our best to resolve all complaints promptly.
